Ushbu maqolada aqlli yo‘llarning mohiyati, ularning transport tizimiga ta’siri, joriy etishdagi muammolar va kelajak istiqbollari yoritib beriladi. Zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda transport xavfsizligi va samaradorligini oshirish, tirbandliklarni kamaytirish va ekologik ta’sirni minimallashtirish masalalari muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, aqlli yo‘llarning asosiy komponentlari, ulardan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga keladigan afzalliklar va texnologik yechimlar haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi.
